On 15^th June,2007 the first day of Harbin commercial negotiation conference,the signing ceremony was solemnly hold:Tian Mu Pharmaceutical CO.,LTD mergers the Xing'an Deer Industry CO. LTD.

 

 

 

 

 

      The chairman Mr. Yao Ming Li and the district head of Wu Ling region of Yi Chun city,the director of Forestry Bureau of Wu Yi Ling, the legal representative of Xing,an Deer Industry CO., LTD Mr. Liang Ya Jun signed on the intent letter of merger. Mr. Liang and Mr. Yao both had an ebullience speech.

 

 

      Mr. Liang said:"at the countdown- time of entering the U.S. capital market, this agreement has very important strategic meanings! It's not only the sign of Tian Mu's development and expansion, but also declares that Xing'an is stepping forward the international market with the help of Tian Mu!" Mr. Liang also expressed his appreciation to the operation mode that combining the raw material, production, and sales together and completing the integration of the same domestic industries through the way of merger.
     

      After his speech, Mr. Yao pleasantly described a series of operations mode which are going to implement in American capital market. He pointed that the merger of Xing'an is the first step of the future development of Tian Mu. Our target is by making use of the platform American capital market and integrating the structures of industries to create the aircraft carrier of American Tony Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd and Harbin Tian Mu Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd which has a trinity system combining raw materials, producing and marketing.

      Mr. Yao also point especially: the aim of the cooperation is to reach win-win or multi-win! For instance we must realize the multi-win in the cooperation with the shareholders. Our target is not only to public in Amerca but also finish the transformation as soon as possible in order to realize the profit of the investors.

 

 

 

      According to the related introduction, Wu Yi Ling FDA founded in 1968 is China's state-owned forest area which is one of the lately developed forests, the forest ecosystem is preserved completely and it provides a good home environment for the survival, growth and reproduction of wild lives. On April 2007, being approved by the State Council, Wu Yi Ling Wetland Nature Reserve upgrade to a National Wetland Nature Reserve. The forest area is rich in biological diversity and has a large number of wild animals including Xing'an azaleas, wild brake, wild celery, blueberry, medofenoxate and all of these have extremely high medicinal and edible value.
